Calendar View: Shows your progress over the entire month. Display a customizable set of data items for each day (defaults to total calories and fat intake). Also shows weekly averages. |
Icons on each day show the data you have entered, click the icon to go directly to the related view for that day. Use the summary panel to plot your progress for the selected data item. |

The Food Log: This screen is where you enter all the food you have eaten throughout the day. To enter a food, simply select the meal start typing the food name! Dietcontroller will automatically search for the food and display a list of possible selections for you. |
Need a bit more space? All the panels in DietController can be minimized to a button along the bottom of the screen. Simply click on the cross at the top of any panel to minimize it, then to bring it back, just click on the relevant button along the bottom of the screen, easy!! |

Also find foods using the category search, as shown to the right of the screenshot. To make entering your food intake as easy as possible Dietcontroller includes full cut, copy and paste plus undo and redo! |
The Exercise Log: Uses the same ‘find as you type’ and ‘category search’ as the food log, this screen allows you to enter your days exercise. |

The Measurements Screen: Use this screen to track your weight and other body measurements. This will help give you a good idea of how well you're improving over time. Use the summary panel at the bottom to show a mini chart of the selected measurement over time. |
Journal Screen: The journal screen allows you to keep a free text daily journal. |

The Chart View: This screen gives you the ability to easily produce charts showing your progress over time for a huge range of different items. Either use the predefined charts on the right and then customize them. Or simply create a brand new chart showing exactly what you want. |
Plot your desired chart over a week, or over a month, or over a specified range of dates/days/weeks/months. As well as viewing the charts on-screen they can also be printed. |

Reporting: Create textual reports from your entered data. |
Customize the predefined reports to show the information you require. |
