Main Screen Elements

Screen Sections

Section Description
1 Title bar
2 Main menu, options change as you change view

5 Status bar, shows full name of currently selected food/exercise

7 Panels docked to bottom of screen, use the x button to minimize

Common Menu and Toolbar options

Backup/Restore File   Make backups of the database and restore from backups

Change to toolbar to show text labels using the menu option View>Toolbar labels:

Navigation

Navigate between views using the Views panel (4)

Use the calendar (10) on the Food, Exercise, Measure and Journal views, to change the current date

Use the user button (9) to change the current user

Minimize panels by pressing X button in their header, restore panels by clicking on the minimized buttons (6), change the docked position of panels by right clicking on their header and choosing the dock location.

Use the Preferences dialog, via the toolbar button to modify the colors and font size in the main views of the applications.

Most of the docked panels (7) (8) can be resized using dividers.

The program stores your layout changes including panel sizes, minimized state etc so that the next time you run the program all changes will be restored.
