Backup Dialog

This dialog allows you to make complete backups of your data, including your added foods/exercises and daily log entries.

The Backup/Restore dialog can be shown by using the menu option File>Backup/Restore.

The backup file created is a zipped (compressed) copy of the user database.

When you restore a backup the backup file is unzipped over the current database.

To perform a restore the program will close, you must then reopen the program to complete the restore.

Backup/Restore can also be used as a way to transfer data from one machine to another.
