Menu Dialog
Use the Menu Dialog to enter lists of foods that you can add to the log in
a single operation.

The menu dialog can be shown in several ways:
- By clicking on the 'New Menu' button in the Menu Finder panel.
- By selecting food lines from the Food View and using the right click menu
option 'Make Menu from selected..."
- By right clicking on a menu in the Menu Finder panel and selecting the menu
option 'Edit Menu..."

Expand ingredients, if the selected line is a recipe (ie it has ingredients)
then replace the food with the individual ingredients. |
The table works in the same way as the main food view, you can select, cut,
copy and paste foods.
An easy way to create a menu from existing foods in your food log is to multi-select
the lines then use the right click menu option 'Make Menu from Selected...'
to show this dialog with the selected lines included.
Once a menu has been created you can double click on it in the Menu Finder
panel to add it to your log.
