Preferences Dialog

Use the Preferences Dialog to customize the program.

General

On this tab you can choose the font for the main views (Food, Exercise, Measure and Journal), the default unit type used throughout the program and the number of decimal places to round numeric values in the logs.

Calendar

Choose and order the data items to summarize in the calendar view.

Food Log

Choose and order the columns to show in the food log.

Exercise

Choose and order the columns to show in the exercise log.

Measurement Log

Create new measurements to be logged in the Measure view.

Meals

Select and rename the meals to show by default in the food view.

Colors

Adjust the colors used throughout the program.
